When clients are ready to travel again, the Innstant team and IHG will have the right hotels for you

As the world adjusts to new travel norms and expectations, Innstant Travel, the global wholesaler, along with our hotel partners, want guests to feel safe and be aware of the extra steps being taken to ensure health and safety when they decide to start travelling again.

With this in mind, we are delighted to advise that the IHG Hotels are enhancing the experience for its hotel guests – by redefining cleanliness and supporting wellbeing throughout their stay.

IHG Way of Clean includes deep cleaning with hospital-grade disinfectants, and going forward, guest can expect to see evolved procedures in every area of the hotels, which may include:

  • Reception: Reduced contact at check-in, touchless transactions, front desk screens, sanitiser stations, sanitised key-cards, paperless check-out.
  • Public Spaces and  Facilities:  Addition al deep cleaning of high touch surfaces, social distancing, ‘last cleaned’ charts,  best practices for pools, fitness centres and lounges.
  • Guest Room: Visible verification of sanitised items (eg. glassware, remote control), reduction of in-room furnishings/high touch items, new laundry protocols, use of electrostatic technology.
  • Food & Beverage: New standards and service approach to buffets, banquets, room-service and catering.

Innstant is pleased to advise that the IHG Clean Promise is rolling out globally from 1st June 2020. That means clean, well maintained, clutter free rooms that meet their standards. If this isn’t what the guests find when they check in, then IHG promises to make it right.
